Stacey Bramley Carleton, LPC, TIYT

Stacey Bramley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist (TIYT) who earned a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University.

Stacey specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, challenge in relationship, existential and self-identity issues, life transitions, relationship with body, and unwanted patterns. Supporting women in the development of self-compassion, connection with self and other, healthy relationships, and safety is an intention and dedication in her work. A passion of Stacey’s is supporting women and men during the perinatal period struggling with loss, grief, identity, emotions, and transition.

Stacey has training in trauma-informed care, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT), body based interventions, Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience (DARe), Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and suicide risk assessment.

Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy uses movement, breath, neurophysiology, and Eastern teachings to support the re-wiring of neural pathways in the brain to help resolve traumatic memories and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our "rest and digest" system.

Her orientation is integrative, holistic, and incorporates trauma focused care, body-based/somatic interventions, relational attention, transpersonal concepts, neurobiological understanding, attachment based, mindfulness, and yoga therapy.
