Ashley Babjack, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has experience working with diverse children, teens, families, and adults seeking help with anxiety, anger, depression, gender identity, sexuality, trauma, life transitions, self-harm, relationship issues, and poor self-esteem.  I believe that at the core of what keeps people “stuck” is the value they place on the relationship they have with themselves. I use a person-centered, authentic approach to developing a relationship with the individuals that I work with to help them feel empowered and aware of their own person power that will help them overcome life’s challenges.  I use a combination of modalities to help clients and families achieve their goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, TF-CBT, and Attachment Theory. I also enjoy working with the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer community and identify as an Ally.
